摘　　要：对徽州文书的整理和开发利用,是当前的一项重要工作。通过对几年来整理徽州文书工作的总结,研究了科学化、规范化的整理工作方法和工作程序。在此基础上,建立徽州文书特色数据库,开发了应用管理软件,用以科学管理这些珍贵资料,并能方便快捷地检索和阅读,有助于研究者利用。The collation and the utilization of Huizhou copy clerks is an important work at prese authors make some researches on the concrete methods and working procedure in collecting and collating nt. The Huizhou culture copy clerks based on the experience of previous years. The characteristic databases of Huizhou copy clerks should be constructed, some applying software should be exploited, the valuable historical materials should be scientifically managed, and the convenient and quick retrieval should be provided for the researchers.
