人工全肘关节置换治疗老年复杂肱骨髁间骨折的初步报告

摘　　要：目的探讨人工全肘关节置换治疗老年复杂肱骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法2006年至今我院对4例老年复杂肱骨髁间骨折患者实施人工全肘关节置换术。结果4例患者均获满意随访，随访时间5—14个月。随访期间未见假体松动、感染等并发症发生。根据Mayo评分标准：优1例91分，良3例（78分，84分，85分）。结论对老年骨质疏松、严重粉碎的复杂肱骨髁间骨折，采用人工全肘关节置换治疗可获满意疗效。Objective To discuss the treatment effect of complex humeral intercondylar fracture with total elbow arthroplasty in the elderly. Methods From 2006,4 elderly patients of the complex humeral intercondylar fracture were performed with total elbow arthroplasty. Results All cases have been followed up for 5 - 14 months, and no complication （ prothesis loosening, infection,etc ） is found. Mayo elbow performance score shows one case is excellent （91 point ） and the others are good （78,84 and 85 point ）. Conclusion In the elderly patients of complex humeral intercondylar fracture and obvious osteoprosis,total elbow arthroplasty shows satisfactory effect.
