摘　　要：目的探讨提高高血压脑出血术后效果的护理对策。方法对158例高血压脑出血术后患者在血压控制,血糖控制和呼吸道的护理措施对患者术后效果影响进行分析。结果158例患者生存良好91例,中残44例,重残15例,死亡8例。结论高血压脑出血术后加强对血压控制,血糖控制和呼吸道的护理可明显改善预后和提高生活质量,从而提高整个手术效果。Objective To investigate the nursing care of improving the post-operational effect of hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhagc. Methods The analysis about nursing care on the effect of 158 patients with pest-operation of hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhagc in the conditions of blood pressure controlling, blood glucose controlling and air tube managing was undertaken. Results Follow up 158 patients,91 cases had good recovery,44 cases suffered disability,15 cases suffered badly disability,8 cases were death. Conclusion After the operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, the actions of strengthening blood pressure controlling,blood glucose controlling and air tube managing can obviously improve living substance and elevate operational effect.
