摘  要:对46份外引黑米种质资源株高、有效穗、穗长、穗粒数、结实率、千粒重、谷粒长宽比、播始历差等8个农艺性状进行主成分及聚类分析,选出特征根累计贡献率为85.69%的前5个主成分;在主成分的基础上,对46份外引黑米种质资源进行了系统聚类分析,在欧氏距离d2=4.19的水平上将其划分成3大类型:第1大类群为为晚熟、高秆、适穗、多粒类型;第2大类群为早熟、中秆、长穗、重粒类型;第3类群为晚熟、高秆、多穗、多粒、轻粒类型。Prlncipal component analysis and clustering of 46 introduced black pericarp rice cultivals were carried out based on 8 agronomic traits of plant height, effective spikes, spikes length, number of grains per spike, seed setting ratio, 1000-grain weight, grain length/width, and initial heading difference. The results showed that 8 agronomic traits of 46 introduced black rice varieties were synthesized into 5 mutual independent major components each other, and these 5 indexes had 85.69 % in cumulative proportion of variation. On the basis of principal components, these 46 black rice varieties were divided into 3 groups for 4. 19 Euclidean distance. The characters of the first group were late maturity, high stalk, moderate spikes and many grains; and the second group had the characteristics of early maturity, medium stalk, long spike, and weighty grains ; the third group was type of late maturity, high stalk, many spikes, many and light grains.
