摘 要:以云南省新育成的大麦新品种为试验材料,研究了云南大麦生产中的主要栽培方式,即田、地2种方式对大麦叶片性状的影响。结果表明,栽培方式对大麦叶片数量的影响极显著,地麦栽培方式下叶片数明显减少;对旗叶的叶长、叶宽影响不显著,但对叶面积影响极显著;对倒二叶叶长、叶宽、叶面积影响极显著,地麦栽培方式下倒二叶3个性状都极显著的低于田麦栽培方式。叶片叶绿素含量在地麦栽培方式下,在分蘖期、抽穗期、灌浆期3个时期都极显著的高于田麦栽培方式。而不同的品种对栽培方式的反应也存在极显著的差异。因而从叶片性状来看,培育适于旱地栽培的大麦新品种是有可能的。The barley in Yuunan province mostly was planted in the rain-fed area, accounting for 75 %, while, other 25 % in the irrigated area. In this paper,the barley varieties newly bred in Yunuan were used to investigate the effect of rain-fed and irrigated cultivation model on the leaf characteristics. The results showed that the leaf numbers of barley was significantly reduced on the rain-fed model; the flag leaf length and width was not affected, while the flag leaf area were affected significantly; the effect on the second leaf length, width, and area all reached significant level; the leaf chlorophyll content at filleting, heading, grain filling stages on the rain-fed cultivation were significantly higher than that irrigated cultivation model. At the same time these leaf characteristics between varieties under the two cultivation model were significantly different. These result indicated that it was possible to breed new barley varieties suitable for the rain-fed areas in Yunnan province.
