摘 要:采用L9(34)正交设计,对不同施肥条件下南瓜有机基质穴盘苗的根冠比进行了较系统的研究。结果表明:施用氮肥后,幼苗地上部分生物量显著增加,但地下部生物量较对照明显减少,根冠比降低。磷钾施用后,幼苗地上部生物量有所增加,地下部生物量前期不及对照,后期稍高于对照,但与对照差异不显著,根冠比与对照接近。微肥施用后,幼苗地上部生物量变化不大,但地下部生物量较对照有明显的增加,根冠比明显增强。The root shoot ratio and healthy index of pumpkin plug seedling in different fertilizer application standard was studied by L9 (3^4 ) orthogunal experimental design. The results showed that , compared to CK,pumpkin plug seedling's ground biumass significantly increased, underground biumass significantly decreased and the root shoot ratio go down by nitrogen fertilizer application. By phosphorus and potassium application,pumpkin plug seedling's ground biomass increased, underground biomass was less than that of CK in prophase and more than that of CK in anaphase, but had no significant difference, and the root shoot ratio approached that of CK. Pumpkin plug seedling's ground biomass had a little change, underground biomass significantly increased and the root shoot ratio significantly increased by microolement fertilizer application.
