摘  要:本试验用不同浓度的维生素C对干旱胁迫下的玉米幼苗进行处理,测定了玉米幼苗根系的形态指标和生理指标。结果表明,一定浓度的维生素C能提高玉米幼苗根系的保水功能,一定程度上能缓解干旱的影响。在维生素C的浓度为80 mg/L时,处理效果最好,根长比对照增加18.6%,鲜重比对照增加20.3%,干重比对照增加18.9%,作物水分含量比对照增加23.1%,POD活性比对照增加19.0%,SOD活性比对照增加41.5%,根系活力比对照增加25.1%。The corn seedlings were treated by different concentrations of vitamin C under drought stress in this experiment. Some ecological and physiological characters were measured after treatment. The results showed that there was a significant influence on those characters after treatment. The root length, fresh weight, dry weight and content water were increased by 18.6 % ,20.3 %, 18.9 % and 23. 1% respectively after 80 mg/L treatment. Meanwhile, the root system vigor, the activities of POD and SOD were increased by 19.0 %, 41.5 % and 25.1%, respectively.
