摘　　要：在女性社会资本构建中,以女企业家协会为典型代表的联谊型妇女NGO不仅能通过联谊实现女性群体信任关系的建立,通过培训与教育促进女性群体社会资源动员能力的提升,通过学习与交流推动女性群体互助合作的社会关系网络建设,还能通过榜样及宣传实现女性群体自我规范的形成。而女企业家协会在组织性质、结构、制度、运作机制等方面的组织缺陷需进一步完善,以更好地实现组织的社会服务功能。In the construction of women＇ s social capitals, Friendship-typed women NGO represented by the association of women entrepreneurs is able to realize women group＇s trustful relationship by friendship, promote their social resources mobilizing abilities through training and education, impulse the construction of women group＇ s social relation network by learning and communication, and achieve the formation of their group self - standard by setting up models and propagating. Meanwhile, the association of women entrepreneur＇ s deficiencies in organizing nature, construction, system and operating mechanism needs further perfection to realize its social service function.
