摘　　要：双基地建设不仅能够促进学生的实践能力和综合素质,而且通过顶岗实训,大大缩短了学生就业前的见习时间,提高了学生的就业率和就业质量,基本实现了2+1人才培养模式改革的基本目标。双基地建设过程中,还有一些有待于继续完善的环节,应提供相应的完善措施,以利于进一步推动学院的内涵发展,大力提高学院人才培养质量,增加学院的社会效益和影响力,提升学院社会形象。Double bases construction not only promotes students＇ practical ability and comprehensive qualities, but also shorten their practice time before employment, and improve their employment ratio and qualities, so the target of ＂2 ＋ 1＂ talents cultivation model is achieved. In this process, corresponding perfection measures should be taken to impulse college cognitive development, improve talents qualities, increase social benefits and influence of college, and promote college＇ s social images.
