摘 要:在南方设施栽培环境下,以樱桃番茄为试材,研究了不同施肥水平对其果实品质的影响。结果表明:在单施无机氮肥时樱桃番茄果实的Vc含量及硝酸盐含量随着施用无机氮肥量的增加而提高,而果实还原糖、有机酸含量则随施用无机氮肥量的增多而先升后降;无机氮肥与有机肥配施比单施无机氮肥有利于樱桃番茄果实Vc含量、还原糖、有机酸含量的提高,同时可有效降低硝酸盐含量;N、P、K与有机肥配施,对提高樱桃番茄果实Vc含量效果最佳,其中以施无机氮肥量为40kg/667m2,N:P:K配比为2:1:1,有机肥50kg/667m2时樱桃番茄果实Vc含量最高,硝酸盐含量最低,但对还原糖、有机酸的改善效果不明显。This paper studied the effects of different fertilization levels on the fruit quality of greenhouse cherry tomato under facility cultivation conditions in south of China.The results were as follows:Under only applying inorganic nitrogenous fertilizers,Vc and nitrate content increased with the applied nitrogen amount,but reducing sugar and organic acid content increased first and decreased afterwards;application in proportion of inorganic nitrogenous fertilizers and bio-organic fertilizers was more beneficial to the Vc,reducing sugar,organic acid increasing and nitrate decreasing of cherry tomato than only applying inorganic nitrogenous fertilizes;application in proportion of nitrogenous,phosphatic and potassic fertilizers and combining with applying bio-organic fertilizers was the best for Vc content increasing,especially,the effects was best under conditions of 40 kg/667m2applied nitrogen amount,2:1:1 nitrogen,phosphate,and potassium and 50kg/667m2 applied bio-organic fertilizer amount,the Vc content was highest,nitrate content was lowest,but the improvement of reducing sugar and organic acid content was not obvious.
