摘 要:采用寄主选择压力下得到的玉米弯孢叶斑病菌菌株作为研究对象,对其进行致病力分化测定,同时比较其在温度、pH、碳源、氮源利用和光照等条件下的差异。结果表明:经继代培养得到的菌株存在致病性差异,并且在相同寄主上能产生不同类型的病斑,病斑大小、形状存在差异,说明经继代培养得到的菌株有致病性分化现象。不同致病类型的菌株的菌落形态、最适碳氮源、最适pH和最适的光照条件有所不同。Different host pressure of Curvularia lunata on temperature,pH carbon source,nitrogen source and light condition were studied and determined the pathogenic heterogeneity to the strains of maize Curvularia.The results showed that there were obvious differences of pathogenesis among the different strains,and the different strains could produce different types of disease spots on the same differential host.There were differences of disease spots in their size,shape.That explained why there was distinct phenomenon of pathogenic heterogeneity among the strains.The colony features optimum carbon,nitrogen source and pH of different pathogenic type of Curvularia lunata were difference.
