摘　　要：采用定性和定量分析相结合的研究方法,分析了中国农业专业技术人才队伍建设现状和存在的问题,从预测与规划、培养和选拔机制、队伍结构优化、管理与使用等方面提出了新时期农业专业技术人才队伍建设的对策和建议。The current situation and main problems of the team construction of professional technical talents in agriculture are analyzed and studied by quantitative and qualitative methods.The suggestions and strategies are put forward from its prediction and plan,mechanism of cultivation and selection,optimum of team structure,management and application and etc.in order to accelerate the team construction of special technical talents in agriculture.
