摘 要:以发电效益最大为目标建立了基于发电权交易的梯级水电站中长期优化调度数学模型,并以清江梯级水电站为例,运用三角旋回算法分别对丰水年、枯水年进行优化调度,取得了较好的效果.与传统的以发电总量最大为目标的调度方法相比,该调度方式可以实现梯级水电站发电总效益最大,增加发电总效益.还具体分析了这两种调度过程,并给出了基于发电权交易下的梯级水电站调度模型能有更好的收益的原因,即避免了与他人分享属于自己的合约电量效益,抓住了转让发电权与受让发电权价格的差异,合理调配了水资源.With the benefit of the power generation as the maximum target,in consideration of generation right trade,the mathematical model for optimal operation of mid-long-term cascade hydropower stations is established.And taking Qingjiang cascade hydropower stations for example,through employing the triangle gyration algorithm,the optimal operation in high flow year and low flow year respectively is carried out with better results obtained.Compared with the traditional operation method based on the maximum target of power generation,this operation method can realize the benefit maximization of power generation by cascade hydropower stations and increase the power generation benefits.The course of two operation methods are analyzed;and the reasons that in consideration of generation right trade the mathematical model for optimal operation of the mid-long-term cascade hydropower stations can get more are given:avoiding sharing with others belonging to their contractual power efficiency and despensing reasonably water resources through seizing the difference of the price between generation right trade and acceptance.
