摘  要:目的探求复合骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP2)同种异体深冻骨联合钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法2002年8月-2008年12月应用复合BMP2同种异体深冻骨联合钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折102例。结果所有病人术后随访7-29个月,均骨性愈合,平均骨性愈合时间为32周。结论复合BMP2同种异体深冻骨联合钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折,安全、低免疫排斥反应、生物相容性好,对促进骨愈合疗效可靠。Objective To discuss the effect of frozen allogenic bone composited with bone morphogenteic protein-2(BMP2) and steel plate in treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods From Aug.2002 to Dec.2008,102 cases of tibial plateau fracture were treated with frozen allogenic bone composited with BMP2 with steel plate.Results All the cases were followed up for a mean time of 14.7 months(range,7 to 29 months).All patients obtained bony union,a mean time of 32 weeks(ranging 24 to 38 weeks).Conclusion Frozen allogenic bone composited with BMP2 combined with steel plate has good bio-compatibility without immunological rejections.It can be safely used in the treatment of bone nonunion and has reliable effects on promoting bone healing.
