摘  要:在不改变6300ZC柴油机结构和参数的基础上,开发了柴油机进气管预混甲醇裂解气的实验装置系统,研究了预混微量裂解气时柴油机的燃油经济性。研究结果表明,当柴油机进气预混甲醇裂解气的质量百分比为2.5%~5.0%时,各负荷下节油率可达5%-8%,综合油耗率与综合热效率均明显提高,且随着裂解气掺烧浓度的增加,油耗呈下降趋势。In the premise of original structure and parameters of the 6300ZC diesel engine, a test equipment system of pre-mixed on-line methanol cracked gas at the intake manifold of the engine is developed. The fuel economy when cracked gas was micro-premixed was studied. Results show that, when the quality percentage of the premixed methanol cracked gas is between 2.5% and 5.0%, saving rate of diesel consumption can reach 5% to 8% under different load of diesel engine, integrated rate of fuel consumption and thermal efficiency are obviously improved, and fuel consumption declines with the blended concentration of the cracked gas increases.
