摘　　要：目的:通过对1895例社区人员中医体质的筛查,了解北京社区居民的生活方式对体质的影响,为社区疾病的预防和慢性病管理提供依据。方法:通过入户、门诊就诊相结合的方法,把社区人群的体质分为正常体质和病理体质两大类,病理体质又分为肝郁、痰湿、瘀血、阳虚、气血两虚、气阴两虚和阴虚型,由临床医师实施现场调查。结果:1895例被调查者中,正常体质485例(25.59%),病理体质1410例(74.41%),病理体质人群占主体。结论:居民体质主要表现为病理体质,说明社区防病、治病的重点是这部分人群,同时提高中青年的身体素质,也是社区卫生工作的一项重要内容。Objective： Through investigating body consitution of 1895 cases community inhabitant, understanding the effect of life style on body eonsitution, that supplied some evidences for prevention and management of chronic disease. Methods： The body consitution of community crowd were divided normal consitution and pathology consitution, pathology consitution also were divided stagnation of liver-QI, phlegmatic hygrosis, stagnated blood, yang asthenia, deficiency of both QI and blood, and yin-deficiency type. Results： All investigated cases, the normal consitution were 485 eases（25.59%）, pathology consitution were 1410 cases（74.41%）, pathology consitution crowd holded main body. Conclusion： Inhabitant consitution mainly shows pathology consitution, that indicates the key of community prevention and treatment disease are this crowd, the same time, that improv- ing body consitution of youth is also a improtant community work content.
