摘　　要：目的了解宝山区外来劳动者的职业卫生知识知晓水平、参与职业病防治工作意愿程度和职业卫生服务需求现状,探讨促进外来劳动者积极参与和利用职业卫生服务的对策。方法采用问卷调查方法,对外来劳动者职业卫生知识知晓水平、参与职业病防治工作意愿程度和职业卫生服务需求水平等方面的数据进行描述性分析,并与本地劳动者进行比较。结果外来劳动者具备一定的职业卫生知识,参与职业病防治工作的积极性普遍较高,对职业卫生服务需求强烈。结论鼓励督促企业开展职业卫生健康教育,提高外来劳动者职业卫生知识知晓水平,增强职业卫生服务机构的服务能力,满足外来劳动者日益增长的职业卫生服务需求。Objective To explore appropriate strategy of promotion of occupational health service, the knowledge of occupational health, the willingness to participate in prevention of occupational diseases and the demand for occupational health services of rural workers in Baoshan District of Shanghai were investigated. Methods The workers from the rural area of other province （rural workers） were smweyed with the questionnaire and the data were analyzed and compared with that surveyed from the workers from local place （local workers）. Results Rural workers have knowledge of occupational health to a certain extent and strong demand for occupational health services. Conclusion The enterprises should be asked to implement occupational health education to improve the rural workers＂ occupational health knowledge. The occupational health service agencies should increase the service ability to meet the requirements of rural workers.
