外植体、基本培养基和生长调节剂对红掌愈伤组织诱导影响的研究

摘　　要：研究不同外植体、基本培养基和生长调节剂对红掌愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:不同外植体愈伤组织诱导从易到难依次为茎、叶柄和叶片,最佳基本培养基是改良Nitsch,1.0 mg/L6-BA和0.2 mg/L2,4-D生长调节剂组合最有利于红掌愈伤组织的诱导。The effects of explant, basic medium and the combination of growth regulators on the callus inducement of Anthruium andraeanum have been studied respectively. The results showed that the stem was the best explant for the callus inducement, followed by petiole and leaf; the best basic medium was modified Nitsch ; the growth regulator combination of 1.0 mg/L 6 - BA and 0.2 mg/L 2,4 - D was most propitious to the inducement of callus.
