摘　　要：介绍了STM短切毡机组燃烧系统和电气控制及变频器的工作原理,以及常见故障的分析及处理方法。短切毡机燃烧系统采用Kromschroder公司ZIO型天然气燃烧设备,分析了其工作原理,并列举了几种典型的故障现象及故障排除方法。对其自控系统做了简要的分析,对生产过程中出现的通讯故障提出了改造方案,并通过自控系统的改造,提高了系统的抗干扰能力,解决了系统的干扰问题。短切毡机采用了西门子变频器对电机进行调速及控制,经过多年使用,运行中出现的问题越来越多,主要表现为发热、干扰、欠压、过流等,针对以上问题进行分析并提出相应的改造措施。The functions and common troubles of the oven combustion system, autocontrol system and inverters used in the chopped strand mat machine supplied by STM in Italy are discussed. For its natural gas combustion equipment, some typical troubles and their shooting methods are cited. For the autocontrol system, the solutions for the communication troubles occurring in operation are raised and the system＇s anti-interference ability enhanced through renovation. For the Siemens inverters used for speed control, the increasingly found problems such temperature rise, interference, undervoltage and overcurrent are analyzed and corresponding solutions proposed.
