摘 要:在常压H2气氛下催化丙三醇脱水-加氢制备了1,2-丙二醇.首先在220oC和常压H2条件下,以Cu/Al2O3为催化剂催化丙三醇脱水生成中间体丙酮醇,其选择性高达86%.考察了Cu负载量、反应温度和反应气氛对催化剂性能的影响.在随后的丙酮醇加氢反应中,Raney Ni催化剂显示出优异的催化性能,在120oC和常压H2条件下,1,2-丙二醇选择性可达99%以上,催化剂连续使用5h未出现失活现象.考察了反应温度、空速及反应时间对催化剂性能的影响.The novel technology for synthesis of 1,2-propylene glycol by dehydration-hydrogenation of glycerol at ambient hydrogen pressure was reported. Dehydration of glycerol to acetol was catalyzed by Cu/Al2O3 catalyst. A 86% selectivity for acetol was achieved at 220 ℃ and ambient hydrogen pressure. The effects of copper loading, reaction temperature, and reaction atmosphere on the catalyst performance were studied. Raney Ni catalyst showed excellent catalytic performance in the hydrogenation of acetol to 1,2-propylene glycol. The selectivity for 1,2-propylene glycol was more than 99% at 120℃ and ambient hydrogen pressure, and no appreciable change in the activity was observed over the Raney Ni catalyst after 5 h of time-on-stream. The influence of reaction conditions on the conversion and selectivity was also investigated in the hydrogenation of acetol.
