摘  要:采用μs振荡脉冲电源激励多针-平板电极,以环氧树脂(ER)为阻挡介质,在大气压空气中产生均匀介质阻挡放电(DBD)。通过测量均匀DBD的电压-电流波形,拍摄放电图像,并计算放电过程平均放电功率和放电电荷量等放电参量,研究外加电压幅值、气隙距离以及阻挡介质厚度等因素对均匀DBD放电特性的影响。结果表明,放电均匀地覆盖到介质表面,DBD的平均放电功率和放电电荷量分别可达几百瓦和几千纳库,且它们都随外加电压幅值的增大呈非线性增大,随气隙距离和介质厚度的增大呈非线性减小。The homogeneous DBD(dielectric barrier discharge)in air under atmospheric pressure was generated using a us oscillatory pulse power supply to drive the multineedle-to-plate electrodes and epoxy as dielectric barriers. Effects of the applied voltage amplitude, air gap distance and thickness of barrier dielectric on the discharge characteristics of homogenous DBD were studied by measuring its voltage-current waveform,taking the images of discharge, calculating the discharge parameters such as average discharge power and transported charges. Results showed that the DBD homogenously covered the surface of barrier dielectric. The average discharge power and transported charges of DBD were several hundreds of watts and thousands of nano coulombs respectively. Both of them increased along with the increase in the applied voltage amplification, and decreased with the increase in the air gap distance and thickness of barrier dielectric.
