天津滨海新区服务外包业发展战略研究

摘　　要：在新一轮全球产业转移浪潮中,服务外包成为了服务业全球化的重要载体。天津滨海新区发展服务外包业,是加快对外开放的经济发展的重要内容和途径。我们依据滨海新区服务外包业发展竞争战略SWOT分析,确定了其未来发展的总体思路、主要原则和战略定位,提出了三种主要发展模式,建议从位置、政策、通道、平台等方面促进滨海新区服务外包业发展。In the new round of global industrial transfer of the waves, services outsourcing has become an important global carrier of service industry. It is the important content and approach to speed up opening up and economic development for Binhai New Area to develop services outsourcing industry. This article, by the competitive strategy SWOT analysis of the development of services outsourcing industry in Binhai New Area, determined the overall thought of its future development, main principles and strategic positioning, put forward three main development patterns, proposed promoting the service outsourcing industry in Binhai New Area on the inspects of the position, policies, channels, platforms, etc.
