摘  要:抬高罐基础标高、采用斜平底储罐、装车站台分散布置、设置罐组装船泵等,能使港口散装液体化工品装卸管线最短、最简单,并能自流排尽;配以氮气吹扫,正常作业时能降低残漏损耗,并杜绝废水的产生;采用气液二相平衡系统进行收发料,采取降低呼吸损耗等措施,可降低蒸发损耗。There are three kinds of ways of preventions : first, those to enhance the base level of the tank, to make the tank with ramp bottom, to distribute the handling platforms separately and to set up an assembly pump ship can make the handling line shortest and the process most simple for the bulk fluid chemicals in port, and the liquid automatic flow out fully. Secondly, blowing with nitrogen, the leakiness loss in normal handling can be reduced and formation of wastewater can be stopped. Thirdly, those to handle the liquid by the gas - liquid two - phase equilibrium system and to reduce the breath loss can reduce the vaporized loss.
