摘 要:以硅溶胶、硫酸铝、氢氧化钠、去离子水为原料,以N,N,N-三甲基金钢烷氢氧化铵为模板剂(R),用传统的水热法合成分子筛SSZ-13,对合成产物用XRD、SEM、FT-IR和BET进行表征,并通过改变原料的配比和反应条件确定它的最佳合成条件.实验结果表明:在反应温度为155℃、晶化时间为3 d时,其最佳合成氧化物的摩尔比范围:SiO2/A12O3为40,Na2O/A12O3为12~16,R2O/A12O3为3~5,H2O/A12O3为900~1 350.在最佳条件下合成的分子筛SSZ-13,大大缩短了反应时间,加晶种或促进剂时,晶化时间缩短为2 d.The raw material comprised silica solution, aluminum sulphat, sodium hydroxide, template, deionized water, N,N,N-trimethyl-l-adamantammonium hydroxide was used as template in the experiment., the SSZ-13 molecular sieve can be synthesized by adopting traditional hydrothermal method in the treatise, and its synthetic products were pairs were characterized by XRD, SEM, FT-IR and BET. And by changing the ratio of raw materials and reaction conditions determines its optimal synthesis conditions. The experimental results show that crystallization temperature was 155 ℃, crystallization time was 3 d, the best ratio of whose oxide was as followings : SiO2/Al2O3=40, Na2O/Al2O3=12-16, R2O/Al2O3=3-5, H2O/Al2O3=900-1 350. Under the best synthesis condition, crystallization time was reduced. When seed crystal and accelarant was added into reactant, crystallization time was cut down into 2 d.
