摘　　要：目的:在保证医院业务不中断的情况下实施局域网VLAN划分。方法:在核心交换机上启用路由协议,并设置网关、建立DNS、WINS服务器,将VLAN划分工作合理分割成多步实施。结果:在医院业务不中断的情况下,完成了局域网VLAN划分。结论:以合理规划、分步实施的原则来进行VLAN划分,符合大型医疗机构等业务不宜中断的特殊行业的网络管理需要,对限定条件下的网络改造进行了积极的探索。Objective To implement VLAN division under the condition of not interrupting hospital＇s operation. Methods VLAN division was divided into several steps, such as the invocation of routing protocol on the core switch, setting of the gateway and the establishment of DNS server and WINS server. Results VLAN division was performed without the hospital＇s operation suspended. Conclusion VLAN division with the principles of reasonable planning and step-by-step implementation meets the need of network management in some special industries like large medical institutions not advisable to stop businesses of such institutions.
