关于基层部队卫生装备维修保障的思考

摘　　要：军区药检所被总后卫生部确定为二级维修站,是战区部队卫生装备维修机构,主要通过部队送修和派出技术小组下部队巡修的形式实施保障。分析了维修保障的现状和发挥的积极作用,针对存在的问题,提出了调整军区二级维修站的功能定位,突出卫生装备的管理,包括检查监督、计量检定等;分级建立维修保障机制;加强卫生装备维修骨干队伍建设等3点建议。Institute for Drug ancl Instrument Control of Beijing Military Area Command, the second-grade equipment maintenance station appointed by Health Department of General Logistics Department, is the theatre medical equipment maintenance facility which provides service by delivery for maintenance and patrol repair. With the actualities and problems of maintenance service analyzed, some suggestions are put forward that the function orientation of the second- grade maintenance station have to be regulated to enhance medical equipment management, maintenance service hierarchy have to be built, and maintenance staffs have to be promoted.
