广西大学新生2005-2008年健康状况分析  

Health Status of College Freshmen in Guangxi From 2005 to 2008

摘　　要：目的了解2005-2008年广西大学入学新生身体健康状况,为有效开展高校大学生健康教育提供参考。方法对广西大学2005-2008年入学新生体格检查资料进行统计和分析。结果4 a参加体检的入学新生共19 369人,其中43.24%的学生检出五官科疾病,14.38%的学生患龋齿,12.13%的学生乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性;视力低于5.0的学生占82.51%,女生多于男生;身体完全正常新生仅为11.04%,且连续4 a的比例分别为13.19%,9.89%,10.64%和10.51%,有逐年下降的趋势。结论广西大学新生常见病检出率较高,视力普遍偏低,健康新生所占的比例较低并呈逐年下降趋势。Objective To learn health status of college freshmen in Guangxi from 2005 to 2008, in order to provide reference for effectively taking health education for college students. Methods Statistic analysis was taken according to data collected from freshmen physical examination of Guangxi university from 2005 to 2008. Results There were 19 369 college freshmen taking physical examination in this four years, 43.24% of them had five senses organ diseases, 14.38% had dental caries and 12.13% had positive reaction in HBsAg. There were 82.51% of them whose eyesight was under 5.0, girls more than boys. There were only 11. 04% of them whose body was perfectly normal, and the rate were 13.19%, 9.89%, 10.64% and 10.51% in each year, which had degressive trend. Conclusion Serious organic disease is not found in college freshmen physical examination in Guangxi university, but prevalence rate of common disease is high. Poor eyesight is common among them, and the rate of healthy students decreased year by year.
