摘　　要：本文介绍了一个实时舰船避碰专家系统的设计和实现。该系统在航海领域中应用专家系统理论,对舰船避碰领域知识进行描述,具有连续实时对目标进行态势判断、避让方案决策和避让有效性验证功能。该系统经实际使用证明其推理结果与专家意见基本相符。This paper introduces the design and implementation of the expert system of ship avoidance expert. This system describes the knowledge in the domain of ship collision-avoidance. This system possesses the function of making continuous and real time judgment of target status, making decisions on avoidance scenarios and testing the effectiveness of the avoidance. This system, simulated and tested by experts concerned, proves to be in conformity with the experts' opinions in its reasoning results.
