摘　　要：该文以定量分析的方式,研究南京CBD的范围界定、用地结构、产业结构、交通组织、建筑质量、高度构成等各项指标,系统介绍CBD量化研究的工作方法和技术框架,并在此基础上对其作综合评估。Based on the quantitative analysis method to study the def inition and scope of nanjing CBD land-use structure and industrial structure, traff ic organization, building quality, high index, the system structure of CBD of quantitative research work is introduced, and the method and technique framework based on the comprehensive evaluation.
