摘　　要：旅游地产正成为如今房地产开发的又一热点,在国内发展前景广阔。该文通过对皖镇规划的回顾,重点思考了旅游地产开发、规划所应注意的几个问题。Tour real estate is becoming the hot top in the estate in China and has wide development. Through the retrospect of the Wan Town planning, this article thinks about some questions in tour real estate exploitation and planning.
