“百工坊”——安吉报福镇老街地块更新改造模式的新思路

摘　　要：该文以复兴传统手工业为出发点,从"街"、"坊"、"院"、"居"等传统概念入手,建立一种老街更新改造的新思路——"百工坊"。通过对传统空间模式和生活模式的探讨,在保留传统生活模式基础上,对老街地块更新改造的具体内容包括规划设计方法、改造方式及建筑设计思路等方面深入分析,同时对老街肌理,功能结构及改造方式提出了具体的建议,提出延续小城镇街道肌理的设计手法,建立了新的"坊居"模式建筑类型。From the reservation of traditional handicraft industry, started with the concept of ＂street＂ ＂fang＂ ＂yard＂ ＂ju＂, a new method of renewal of street—＂baigongfang＂ is put forward. Discussion on traditional space mode and life pattern, and based on reservation of traditional life pattern, this article analyses the specific content of renewal, including planning, methods and architectural design, and come out with the idea of continuing the texture of small town and two new architectural design of ＂fangju＂ building.
