摘 要:2006年5月4日下午上海市闵行区发生了一起重大火灾。火灾发生时上海WSR-88D多普勒天气雷达被置于VCP21降水模式下运行,却监测到了大火发生、升腾、扩展和扑灭的全过程,最强回波达45dBz。研究表明,降水模式能探测到火灾烟团,与废旧木材和生活区化学材料混燃有关,还与火场环境气象条件和燃烧对流补偿等有关,使碳黑凝团粒子进一步增大而被雷达清晰接收。大风可造成飞火,转风可使火头突然转向。因此,及时、正确的气象监测和预报是有效、快速灭火的重要保障。The paper analyzed a severe fire accident happened at Minhang District of Shanghai City on May 4, 2006. The occurring, arising, spreading, and exterminating of the fire were detected by the Shanghai WSR-88D Doppler weather radar on precipitation mode during the fire accident. The case analysis results showed that due to the burning of waste wood and chemical materials the smoke echoes of the fire were detected by the radar on precipitation mode. In addition, the environmental meteorological condition around the fire and the burning convection compensation which could cause the augmentation of carbon parcels that could be clearly detected by radar were other important reasons. Furthermore, strong wind might make the fire swing, and the change of the wind direction might cause the sudden turning of the fire. Therefore, timely and accurately meteorological detection and forecast can be a significant insurance for effectively and quickly putting out the fire.
