摘　　要：文书立卷改革是历史的必然,在改革中要善于分析思考,找出问题,善于总结提炼,提高管理应用水平,吸收传统做法的优点,充分利用计算机的优势,使文书立卷工作不断完善。It is historical necessity to reform document voluming. Careful considerations shall be given to finding out and analyzing the problems in reform, improving management and application levels, absorbing in the merits of traditional practice, and making use of computer advantages so as to perfect document voluming continually.
