摘 要:目的:研究不同施水量对天冬抗性生理及块根外观性状的影响,探讨适宜天冬生长的水分条件,为生态化、规范化栽培天冬提供一定的理论依据。方法:在天冬生长季节模拟贵州贵阳花溪地区降水量设4种不同施水处理,测定不同处理下天冬的生理指标,并调查其块根的外观性状。结果:在重度和中度干旱胁迫下,天冬植株的生理代谢受到较大破坏,在重度干旱胁迫下甚至死亡。轻度干旱对其生长无影响,且块根外观形状优于对照。结论:天冬具较强耐旱性,在其生长过程中并不需太多水分。Objective: To research on the effect of different water supply on resistance physiology and appearance characters in Asparagus cochinchinensis (Lour.) Merr.. Methods: To set up 4 different water supply treatments by simulating the precipitation of Guiyang Huaxi regions in Guizhou province at the growth season of Asparagus cochinchinensis (Lour.) Merr.. Physiological indexes on resistance of different treatments were determined and appearance characters of root tuber were observed and recorded. Results: The physiological metabolism of Asparagus cochinchinensis (Lour.) Merr. was destroyed greatly in severe drought and moderate drought, even died in severe drought condition. There was no effect to the growth under light drought conditions, and the appearance characters were better compared with the control group. Conclusion: Asparagus cochinchinensis ( Lour. ) Merr. has strong drought tolerance, and it does not need much water in its growth process.
