从商事立法看山西票号的近代化转型

摘　　要：山西票号的衰亡有着各种历史原因,而近代中国的商事立法则在很大程度上影响了山西票号的发展,成为山西票号衰亡的一个重要因素。文章在分析近代中国商事立法发展的基础上,通过研究近代中国的商事立法与山西票号衰亡之间的关系,最终说明近代中国商事立法对山西票号及其近代化转型进程的影响。The decline of Shanxi Piaohao has a variety of historical reasons. The commercial legislation of modern China influenced the development of Shanxi Piaohao to a large extent, and became an important factor in the decline of Shanxi Piaobao. Based on the analysis of the development of modern Chinese commercial legislation, this paper studies the relationship between the modern Chinese commercial legislation and the decline of Shanxi Piaohao, and eventually shows the influence of modern Chinese commercial legislation on the modernization transformation of Shanxi Piaohao.
