摘　　要：文章在论述了日本近代思想家德富苏峰的近代中国观的主要内容及其思想动机对日本当时、后世的影响的基础上,对其反动和谬误的一面,进行了批判,同时指出其合理的一面,有值得我们深思的地方。This paper discusses how Tokutomisohou, the Japanese thinker in modern times thought about modern China, why he had such an opinion, and how much he afflicted the affections of those people in both his time and current times. Meanwhile,it points out that one part of his idea may be useful , for it is reasonable, but the other part should be criticized, for it harms the feeling of Chinese.
