摘　　要：该文结合循环经济发展评价指标体系特征，以可拓学的物元模型和可拓集合、关联函数理论为基础，结合层次分析法，建立了研究复杂指标体系和评价模型的可拓知识表示方法和实现方法，并给出了面向对象的可拓知识表示框架和知识库的逻辑设计。Based on the extension matter-element model, the extension set, and the theory of correlation function, combined with hierarchy analytic process, established the representation and implementation methods of research complex index system and evaluation model of extension knowledge,and gives the object-oriented representation framework of the extension knowledge and the logic design of knowledge base.
