摘 要:采用外贴碳纤维布材加固预应力混凝土梁桥时,由于碳纤维的应变很小,设计容许应变值只有0.01,这限制了预应力钢筋的应变,预应力筋的高强度由于应变的限制而不能发挥,降低了加固效率。通过计算分析发现相对受压区高度对降低加固效率影响最大,预应力筋消压水平影响次之。在综合分析的基础上提出:因超载车辆引起变形裂缝的梁桥,采用外贴碳纤维布材加固方法效果最好。Reinforced prestressed concrete beam bridge by using externally bonded CFRP sheet material reduces the efficiency of reinforcement. It is because this material's strain is small, which is limited only 0.01 for design to strengthen PC bridges, so prestressing tendons strain is also restricted. High-strength of prestressing tendons due to the restriction of strain can not function. It can be found by calculating that the greatest impaction on reducing the efficiency of reinforcement is a relatively high degree of compression zone, consumption level of pre-stressed pressure is the second. Based on the integrated analysis, this method which introduces the best way when bridges deformation and cracks caused by overloading of vehicles.
