战术单位作战物资编制基数标准研究

摘　　要：目前我军作战物资消耗标准，只规定了单项消耗基数标准，没有直接计算到各类战术单位（如师、旅、团等建制部队）的编制基数标准，实际应用起来并不方便。鉴于此，以机械化步兵师为战术单位，以后勤物资为例，提出了一种以部队编制和单项消耗基数标准为基础，结合部队类型和作战任务进行系数加权、综合集成的方法制定的编制基数标准。该标准更加科学、合理，便于未来战争的实际需要。Nowadays, the single consumption radix standards of war materiel is regulated, but the organizational radix stand- ard of all kinds of tactical units such as divisions, brigades and regiments, can not be directly calculated and it is inconven- ient in practice. Taking logistical materials for example, this paper puts forward a new method to calculate organizational ra- dix standard based on the unit organization and the single consumption radix standard of war materiel, through modifying weight coefficient and integration synthesized with the army type and the battle mission, the method can get a more scientific and more reasonable result and it can satisfy practical demands of the war in the future.
