摘  要:本文研究了不同反应条件下热水预抽提过程中糠醛(F)和羟甲基糠醛(HMF)的生成规律。结果表明:H因子(分别为Hp和Hh因子)及氢离子浓度能很好地描述抽提液中F和HMF生成量的变化规律。据此,分别建立了竹子热水预抽提液中F和HMF浓度的预测模型,即CF0.5=0.0005713×HP、C0F.6=9453.8×[H+]和C0H.M4F=0.000189×Hh+0.0545、C0H.M6F=2394.6×[H+]+0.0112。为了控制F和HMF的生成量,预抽提的Hp因子和Hh因子应分别控制在2000和2400以下,抽提液的氢离子浓度不应高于0.0013mol/L。这将为竹子热水预抽提过程中F和HMF生成的控制提供理论依据和技术支持。This paper reports on the forming behaviors of furfural (F) and hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) during bamboo hot-water pre-extraction. The results showed that hydrogen ion concentration and the H-factors, i. e. , Hp and Hh, for F and HMF, respectively, provide a good description on the F and HMF forming behaviors during the hot-water extraction at the given process conditions. Based on the H-factors and hydrogen ion concentration, the prediction models for F and HMF concentration in bamboo hot-water extracted liquor were established, i. e. , CF=0.0005713×Hp,CF^0.6=9453.8×[H*] and CHMF^0.4=0.000189×Hh+0.0545、CHMF^0.6=2394.6×[H*]+0.0112. The Hp-factor and Hh-factor, separately, should be lower than 2000 and 2400, and the hydrogen ion concentration in pre-extracted liquor should not be higher than 0. 0013mol/L for controlling the amount of F and HMF . This will provide theoretic foundation and technical support for the controlled formation of F and HMF during bamboo hot-water extraction.
