摘 要:采用反相微乳液法合成了两性聚丙烯酰胺,聚合物体系中各种粒子的平均粒径为97.00nm,分子量达25.82万。在废纸造纸沉渣回用比例为20%时,将其作为造纸助剂加入到混合浆料中。实验结果表明:在废纸造纸沉渣与OCC废纸浆混合浆料中添加0.8%的纳米级两性聚丙烯酰胺,可使纸张的定量提高16.31%,耐破指数提高17.95%,抗张指数提高10.95%,环压指数提高22.89%,填料留着率提高8.02%。在加量相同情况下,同目前市场上聚丙烯酰胺类造纸助剂相比,实验室自制合成的纳米级两性聚丙烯酰胺有较好的助留、助滤和增强效果。The amphoteric nano-polyacrylamide with molecular weight of 25.82 ×10^4 was synthesized by inverse micro emulsion polymerization. The average size of particles was 97.00nm. The amphoteric nano-polyacrylamide was added in the mixed slurry of OCC pulp and the sediment resulted from OCC waste paper making process with a ratio of 20%. It was shown that the additive had good influence on paper properties, and the grammage, burst in- dex, tensile index, ring crush index and filler retention increased by 16.31% , 17.95% , 10.95% , 22.89% and 8.02% respectively as adding 0.8% AmPAM. The efficiencies in strength, retention and drainage improvement of amphoterie nano-polyacrylamide were better than those of polyacrylamide in the market as adding the same amount.
