摘　　要：根据第六届上海市优秀住宅评选中优秀保障性住房奖参选项目现场踏勘的情况,总结上海市保障性住房现状、优缺点与存在的问题提出相应的解决问题的建议与思考。According to site exploration of projects participating in selection of merit awards for welfare-oriented housing in the Sixth Excellent Housing Election in Shanghai City, the author sums up status, merits and drawbacks as well as existing problems of welfare-oriented housing in Shanghai City, and also proposes corresponding suggestions and thought for problem solving.
