摘　　要：不成套房屋的房屋结构不合理、厨卫合用、居住环境差,居民要求改善生活条件的呼声十分强烈。杨浦区在2005～2009年期间,启动了59.8万m2的成套改造任务,对不成套房屋进行改造,以改善居民居住条件。Due to the unreasonable housing structure, shared kitchen and watercloset, and bad living environment, people living in those non-self-contained houses cry out for the improvement in their living conditions. From 2005 to 2009, the tasks of alteration of non-self-contained houses into self-contained ones covering 598,000 m^2 have been initiated in order to ameliorate living conditions of the residents.
