摘　　要：基于快速成形的方法制造各类快速模具已成为RP&M应用的热点问题。介绍了金属喷涂制模法的原理和特点、电弧喷涂快速模具制作的工艺过程、喷涂所用设备和材料,列举了金属喷涂制模法在鞋底模具开发中的应用实例。金属喷涂制模法具有工艺简单,制模周期短,成本低,复型性好等特点,适合于新产品开发和小批量多品种生产。The method of manufacturing rapid molding has been a focal point of the RP＆M. This paper introduces the principle and feature of metal spray molding and the technical process of electric arc spraying rapid molding,and the equipment and material of electric arc spraying. It also enumerates the application example of electric arc spraying rapid molding in the shoe-bottom mold exploitation. Metal spray molding has the features of simple process, short manufacturing period, low cost, better replicability, adapting to new product exploitation and small-lot or versatile delivery, meets the necessity of the more and more drastic market competition.
