摘  要:采用液相水解沉淀法,以TiCl4为钛源,以NaOH为沉淀剂,系统地研究了氧化铈云母珠光颜料悬浮液浓度、NaOH溶液浓度、加料速度、反应温度、pH值、搅拌速度、包覆率等工艺条件对包膜过程的影响及规律,得到了在云母铈珠光颜料表面包覆一层高折射率的TiO2膜层的新工艺,并对包膜过程进行了初步的探讨,得出合理的工艺制备条件:即氧化铈云母珠光颜料悬浮液浓度为1%~5%,加料速度为0.5~1.5mL/min,反应温度为85℃,pH值为2.0~2.5,并通过热处理分析得到了合理煅烧温度(850℃)、升温速率(2~6℃/min),并制得了高光泽的TiO2/CeO2/云母珠光颜料.To synthesize the pearlecent pigment of TiO2/CeO2/mica with high luster, TiCI4 is used as the titanium raw material, and NaOH as precipitator raw material with the adoption of the hydrolysis precipitation method to coat Ti(OH)4 particles on the surface of flaky mica. Then the suitable process conditions for coating reaction such as the concentration of cerium oxide-mica suspension, the concentration of NaOH solution, feeding rate, reaction temperature,pH, stirring speed, and coating rate are systematically studied,. The reasonable conditions for coating reaction show that, the concentration of Cerium oxide to mica suspension is 1%-5 % ,the feeding speed is 0.5-1.5 mL/min, the temperature is 85℃, the reaction pH is 2.0-2.5.The heat treatment condition is analyzed, such as the reasonable calcination temperature is 850 ℃and the heating rate is 2-6℃/min.The new pearlecent pigment of TiO2/CeOJmica with higher luster is obtained.
