摘　　要：构建了科技成果转化评价指标体系,运用Delphi法和相关分析法对评价指标体系进行了实证分析和检验,并引入减小"异常点"影响的无量纲化方法,采用兼顾"功能性"和"协调性"的综合性评价方法,对西部地区十一省市的科技成果转化进行了应用研究。根据评价结果,对西部地区科技成果转化进行了分析。This paper builds up an evaluation index system of sci-tech achievements transformation by Delphi method and correlation analysis, introduces the dimensionless method to offset the influence of the ＂ outliers＂ , and applies a kind of comprehensive evaluation method taking account of functionality and proportionality to evaluate the transformation of sci-tech achievements of eleven western provinces in China. According to the evaluation results, it makes a further analysis.
