摘 要:阐明了一种新结构重力除油装置,即在流体流动的方向上设置障碍,局部扰动流体的滞流状态,迫使流体内部质点产生位移碰撞,使含油废水中的微小颗粒油滴聚集成较大颗粒油滴,从而增加油滴的上浮速度,同时应用"浅池沉降"理论,将除油装置设计成多层扰动板结构,以减小含油废水在设备中的停留时间。对停留时间、扰动程度、温度对除油效率影响的试验结果进行了理论分析。经模拟试验,该除油装置对3种废水的除油效率约在91%~98%,除油效果好。A kind of new structure for oil removal device by gravitation is described, that is, barriers are arranged in the direction of fluid flow to locally disturb the stagnation of the flow, forcing the mass points in the flow to effect displace collision so that the fine particulate oil droplets in oil-containing wastewater aggregate into relatively big particulate oil drops, thus increasing the rising speed of oil drops, meanwhile the oil removal device is designed to the structure of multiplayer spoilers using the theory of "shallow pool sedimentation" so as to reduce the dwell time of oil-containing wastewater in the equipment. The test results and theoretical analysis of dwell time, disturbance degree and effect of temperature on oil removal efficiency are also described. By simulated test, this oil removal device is verified using the oil removal efficieneies of three kinds of wastewater (between 91% and 98% ), and oil-removing effect is well.
