摘  要:目的通过检测新生儿血清间接胆红素和心肌酶谱的改变,观察高胆红素血症对心肌功能的影响。方法选择非高胆红素血症新生儿(对照组)80例,新生儿高胆红素血症(研究组)290例,抽血测血清IBil及心肌酶谱值并进行比较。结果研究组治疗前的心肌酶值明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,患儿的心肌酶明显下降(P<0.01),与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论高胆红素血症可能造成心肌损害。高胆红素血症的新生儿应常规做心肌酶谱检查;早期应注意对心肌的保护性治疗,以避免严重的心肌损害,具有重要的临床指导意义。Objective It is to observe the influence of hyperbilirubinemia on myocardial function through detecting the changes of serum hemobilirubin and myocardial enzyme spectrum of neonate. Methods 80 neonates with unhyperbilirubinemia were chosen and taken, as control group. 290 neonates with hyperhilirubinemia were chosen and taken as study group. The neonates in the two groups were drawn blood to detect the values of serum IBil and myocardial enzyme spectrum and to compare. Results The values of myocardial enzyme spectrum in study group before treatment were obviously higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). After treatment, the values of myocardial enzyme spectrum in study group were obviously lowered ( P 〈 0.01 ) and there' was no significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Hyperbilirubinemia may cause myocardial damage. ,The myocardial enzyme spectrum in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia should be detected routinely. Protective therapy on myocardium may he noticed and executed in earlier stage to avoid severe myocardial damage, which has important clinical directing meaning.
