摘 要:本文报道混合接种外生菌根真菌彩色豆马勃和VA菌根真菌苏格兰球囊霉对尾叶桉苗期的接种效应。根系样品检查表明接种的两个菌株均能在尾叶桉上成功合成相应的菌根。接种后5个月试验苗生长量和生物量的分析结果表明,接种与未接种对照差异极显著(P=0.01),其中,两种混合接种方式苗木干重分别比对照增加了240.3%和194.3%;苗高生长增加了73.8%和41.7%;地径增加了17.2%和19.3%。试验苗木对菌根的依赖性(MD)均较强,其中对混合菌根的依赖性为340.3%~294.3%。研究结果还表明,接种方式影响菌根的接种效应,接种VAM菌后20d再接种ECM菌表现出极大的接种效果,在苗高生长和生物量方面都明显超过了单接种。试验进一步证实,接种菌根菌能显著促进苗木生长和对干物质的积累,混合接种发挥的效应更大。Ectomycorrhiza (ECM) and vesicular arbuscular mycorrhiza(VAM) are the two principal associations on root systems of most vesicle plants worldwide.It is proved that the genus Eucalyptus is capable of forming both ECM and VAM,even at the same root system. This paper represents the third part of the report with results from coinoculation experiment using two fungal isolates (Pisolithus tinctorius and Glomus caledonium ),and demonstrates the inoculant effectiveness on the growth of Eucalyptus urophylla Seedlings. The results showed significant differences in growth and biomass between inoculated and uninoculated seedlings ( P =0.01). Five months after inoculation, average height and basal diameter of coinoculated seedlings increased by 41.7%~73.8% and 17.2%~19.3% respectively,comparing to that of controls.Additionally, their mean dry weight was enhanced by 194.3%~240.3%. Mycorrhizal dependence ( MD ) of combined inoculated seedlings ranged from 340.3% to 294.3% based on their top dry weight. The effects on the growth of Eucalyptus inoculated with fungal isolates alone or in competition was also compared.
