26例儿童系统性红斑狼疮两种检测结果的比较

摘　　要：目的对儿童系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)抗核抗体(ANA)谱及红斑狼疮(LE)检测结果进行对比探讨。方法清晨空腹同时采血2份,一份血清,免疫斑点法作ANA谱检测,另一份全血作LE细胞检查。结果26例患儿有2例免疫斑点法Antin-Sm,Antin-dsDNA阳性,阳性率7.6%,LE细胞有1例阳性,阳性率3.8%。结论两种检查方法阳性率均偏低,儿童SLE的诊断应以临床表现为主。Objective To compare the detection results of ANA spectrum and LE cells in children systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods Two samples of morning fasting blood were simucataneously collecled,one serum sample for ANA spectrum by immunospatassay and another mhole blood sample for LE cell assay. Results There were two positive of Antin-Smoy immunospot assay, Antin-dsDNA and one positive of lupus cells in all 26 cases, the posi tive rate was 7.6% and 3.8% repectively. Conclusion The positive rate of ANA spectrum and LE cells detection is lower. The diagnosis of children systemic lupus erythematosus should depend on clinical manifestation mainly.
